What you need to start now is a notebook a pen, may be some colourful markers and a room where you can not be disturbed. Enjoy!
If you want to see the information you filled in yourself, go to your account which you can reach via training.motivatiehaven.nl
Click on the blue arrow besides the course of which you want to see the information (see red circle)
After that click on the little document under the column 'statistiek'
a screen opens and via 'bekijk' you can see the notes that you've been making.
